TMC Membership Application

Please complete the following membership application to join the Triangle Men's Center. This form may be used to apply for a 6 month trial membership or for full membership. Full membership is not effective until receipt of dues payment. The dues schedule is as follows:

Annual membership dues of $30 are payable by March 1 of every year. New members who join in mid-year should remit their dues according to the following pro-rated schedule. Note: The prorated schedule does not include the month of December. Hereafter, you will be billed Feb 1 of each year.
