When we receive your registration, we will send you updated information and a map to Camp Chestnut Ridge using your email address if we have one or your mailing address if we don't. We will provide you with details about what to bring, and not bring, as well as what to expect so you can make your weekend a rewarding experience.

Registration monies received will be refunded, less a $20 processing fee, if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel between 13 days and 1 day in advance, a nonrefundable credit of 1⁄2 the registration fee will be held and applied to the next year’s Gathering if you decide to attend. No credit or refund is generally available if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you do not show up for the Gathering, or leave early. Last minute medical and family emergencies may warrant consideration for some kind of credit.  

The Men’s Council reserves the right to cancel this event at any time, in which case a full refund will be provided.

 FINANCIAL AID                                               
Financial aid is available. We ask that participants try to cover some part of registration in order to stretch our financial aid dollars. At the same time our goal is that no one will be excluded due to their financial situation. In order to accommodate all possible situations we have arranged a set of options, a sort of sliding scale if you will. You select the one that best fits your situation. The options are:
 • Half of registration - $65 by Mar 31, $80 after Mar 31
 • Enough to cover meals - $35
 • An amount that fits your budget less than $130 by Mar 31, $160 after
 • A full registration waiver - $0
All financial aid requests must be cleared through the registrar, Bron Skinner, for whatever alternative you feel fits your situation. The registrar can also answer any questions you might have regarding discounts and aid. 

 TMC DUES DONATION                                     
We hope that all who register for the Gathering will consider making a $10 dues donation and become a member of The Men's Council. This modest donation keeps or adds your name to our membership mailing list and will help support the work of TMC. As a non-profit organization we must rely on such donations to cover organizational expenses. In order to encourage these membership donations and not create a hardship, dues have been set very low and made optional. When you register with the printed form, you will also have the opportunity to choose to become a member of The Men's Council at that time - or you can join or renew your dues with PayPal below or on our About Us tab. .
